Kirstyn has ran successful global staffing practices for global leaders and chose to set up her own companies to really make the impact she wanted to in the talent market.
She is based in the USA and grew up in Australia. Kirstyn chose to expand globally with a focus on South African resources, due to their caring nature, strong work ethic and impeccable english language skills.
Kirstyn has travelled to South Africa a number of times to establish excellent global staffing practices and ensure clients and talent are set up for success.

Tristan brings local South African knowledge to the Leadership team, having grown up in Pretoria. He has worked in staffing in both the USA and South African markets and has experience sourcing global talent for hard to find roles.
